The acorn-fed 100% Iberico Pork Loin is a dry-cured meat that is made in a true artisanal fashion from a whole loin piece corresponding to the lumbar muscle. It is known for its powerful and fragrant aroma, a slight maroon and ashy colour with a very well-defined shine, and a mild paprika flavour with earthy and smokey hints. Wrapped in an elegant cylindrical container, it enhances the properties of an authentically dry-cured loin.

Cinco Jotas (5J) is one of the most famous ham producers in the world. Among the elite brands of Spain's Jamon Iberico de Bellota, 5J's ham comes from only purebred Iberico pigs that are raised in ideal free-range conditions. Every one of these jamons, paletas, and lomos is made from top-quality acorn-fed pork, earning the official designation of Bellota (Spanish for acorn). Cinco Jotas is based in the famous jamon town of Jabugo, a word synonymous with the very best ham in the world.
