Marky's Imperial Beluga Hybrid caviar (Huso huso x Acipenser baerii) is an Italian farm-raised cross between the Beluga and Siberian sturgeons. Milder and more buttery than traditional Beluga but complemented by the earthy and nutty tones of premium Siberian sturgeon, it has large, firm, silky smooth beads in a brownish gray color.

Beluga Hybrid caviar exhibits the size and flavor profile of Beluga caviar with the speed of production of the smaller Siberian sturgeon, making it a unique and highly-desired caviar that will add decadence to any meal. Compared to our entry-level Beluga Hybrid caviar, this Imperial grade features larger pearls with a more buttery, less earthy flavor.
