Marky's Beluga Hybrid caviar (Huso huso x Acipenser baerii) is an Italian farm-raised cross between the Beluga and Siberian sturgeons. This caviar is milder and more buttery than traditional Beluga complemented by earthy and nutty tones of premium Siberian sturgeon. Its large, firm beads are smooth and silky in texture with a brownish, grey color. This caviar exhibits the size and flavor profile of Beluga caviar with the speed of production of the smaller Siberian sturgeon. Unique and highly-desired, this caviar will add decadence to any meal.
